Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of vertical ridge
augmentation using an interpositional osteotomy (sandwich) technique,
in order to overcome the vertical bone height defect in the posterior
mandible, with simultaneous implant placement, and without the use of
inlay bone graft
