Summary
Inflation at its abnormal rates is one of the most important undesirable economic phenomena suffered by most of the economies of the world in general and the Arab countries in particular, because of the impact of this phenomenon on all economic and social fields, and to determine the real performance of the economy of any country, it is necessary to know the path of indicators Macroeconomics, which is the mirror that reflects the interaction between aggregate supply and aggregate demand, as well as the imbalance between the elements of changing economic indicators that affect the relationship between aggregate supply and demand and the most important of these moving variables is the inflation rate. Exchange rate, current account position, and GDP growth rate, and that any deviation in any of these variables directly affects other variables, interacting with the overall demand volume and thus leading to an imbalance between aggregate demand and supply, resulting in instability in the price system. Exchange and weak export competitiveness in foreign markets, which in turn is reflected in the current account, resulting in the deterioration of infrastructure and a decline in social services and increase poverty rates.
