Abstract

The aim of this in vivo study was :
First: To study the effect of three different irrigating protocols on
postoperative pain following single visit root canal treatment in single
rooted non vital teeth.
Second: To study the influence of the irrigation protocols on reduction
of microbial loads inside the root canals.
Third: To determine the effect of the irrigation protocols used on
intensity of bacteremia following single visit root canal treatment.
