المستخلص Abstract The present research aimed at trying to formulate the most appropriate perception to activate the principals of middle schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to manage diversity; to achieve academic interaction among members of the organizational structure of the management of those schools; by answering the sub-questions through which the problem of the current research was formulated. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was built to reveal the reality of achieving diversity management in middle schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in terms of (personal internal dimensions - external dimensions), and monitor the reality of achieving academic academic interaction, and the most important manifestations in middle schools in middle schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The results of the study concluded that diversity management does not exist or take care of it in schools due to the lack of appropriate laws for its existence and its application. Among teachers within the school community, he needs some simple suggestions that may help to make it more effective. |
