This research is titled : Sheikh Mostafa Abdel Razeq between the fundamentals of Fiqh and Sufism an ( analytical _critical study) where the attention of the researcher that this topic is very important especially as he tries to establish an Islamic philosophy its principle is diligence of opinion, which originated from religion and because of it and this principle of the science of the fundamentals of Fiqh, as well as his attempts to respond to the claims of Orientalists on Islamic philosophy and raised suspicions about it. As well as remediation for several issues is touch the core of Islamic Sufism, such as his search for the status of Sufism among Islamic groups and the issue of revelation when Sufism and the dignity of the awliya and linking it to the cause of women state and highlighting meanings was absent at the time of the Muslim community ignorance was dominated by women’s rights in Islam and his attempts to show that women and men in one rank on the way to the holy God there is no difference between them only piety.
