المستخلص The Study Hypotheses :1- There are statistical differences between male and female teachers in Kuwait in organizational loyalty. 2-There are statistical differences between male and female teachers in Kuwait in vocational performance. 3- There are statistical differences between male and female teachers in Kuwait in vocational satisfaction. 4- There are associative relationships between organizational loyalty, vocational performance and vocational satisfaction of the sample of the study. The Method of the Study :The researcher uses the descriptive comparative associative method since it suits the study. The Sample of the Study :The sample contains 100 male and female teachers. 50 male teachers from Shehab El-Dein and Ahmad Al-Rabeiee schools for boys and 50 female teachers from Fatma Al-Saraawy and Bayaan schools for girls. Their ages range between 25-35 with an average of 30.2 and a standard deviation of 1.2. The Tools of the Study : Organizational loyalty scale (prepared by the researcher). Vocational performance scale (prepared by the researcher).Vocational satisfaction scale (prepared by the researcher). Statistical Methods : The average and standard deviation.T-test.Person Factor.
