Study Hypotheses 1-There is no effect of the work on the sample of the study.2- There are no differences between the sample of the study in aggressive behavior. 3-There are no differences between the sample of the study in self-confidence. 4-There are no differences between the sample of the study in psychological cohesion. The Method of the Study : The study depends on the comparative descriptive method to study such a phenomenon. The Sample of the Study : The sample includes 50 of the working maidens in El Mahalla for Textiles company and 50 of the non-working maidens living in El Mahalla El Kubra. The range of their ages between 30 to 45 with an average of 37.1 and a standard deviation of 1.7. The Tools of the Study : The researcher has used the following psychometric tools :- The psychological effect scale for maidens. (Prepared by the researcher) 2-Aggressive behavior scale. (Prepared by the researcher) 3-Self-confidence scale. (Prepared by the researcher) 4- Psychological cohesion scale. (Prepared by the researcher) Statistical Methods : The researcher has used standard deviations, T-test and Parson’s factor. The Results of the Study : 1- There is an effect of work on the sample of the study. 2- There are differences between the sample of the study in aggressive behavior. 3- There are differences between the sample of the study in self-confidence. 4- There are differences between the sample of the study in psychological cohesion.
