Abstract
The Hospitality Industry plays an important role in the economic growth for many countries of the world including Egypt. Hospitality is one of the key elements which the tourism industry around the world depends on. The hospitality industry has many sectors on the top of them come the hotels and restaurants.
Due to the importance role of the hotel industry around the world and in
order to keep it always in a better condition, countries around the world
realized that their duties were to let governmental and non-governmental
organizations to get responsibilities of inspecting & controlling hotels from
time to time, in order to check on deficiencies in lodging, food and beverage services and any other services in the back area of the hotels.
Hotel inspection around the world ensures that the guests will be safe and secured in their hotels. The hotel’s control will help in keeping the premise in proper working conditions and the loyalty of a guest or a consumer will be positively appreciated to country and the tourist system applied. This study aims to improve the process of inspection of hotels, as well enhance the image ofthe inspector and make sure that the quality of services provided to the tourists are at high standard level.
