This study aims to identify the role played by websites in prioritizing the Egyptian public towards local issues, This study belongs to the field of descriptive studies, It was based on the method of the media survey and methodological comparison, The analytical study was applied on the sites of (The Seventh day -The News Gate -Vito) in the period from 1/1/2018 to 31/3/2018. The field study was applied on a random sample of (400) respondents from the Egyptian public who use websites in the age of 18 years or more. The study found several results, including: 1- The ”short news” ranked first in the journalistic arts used in dealing with local issues came in the first place with 64.8%. 2- The frame of ”support and backing” ranked first among the frames used in the local issues under consideration at 31.4%. 3- The ”websites” ranked first in the resources that respondents depend on with a percentage weight 26.46%. 4- The issue of ”terrorism” topped the local issues from the viewpoint of the respondents with a percentage weight of 26.24, followed by ”price rise” in second place with a percentage weight of 18.26, then ”poverty” ranked third with a percentage weight of 14.24, then ”unemployment” ranked fourth with a percentage weight 10.7, then ”corruption” in fifth place with a percentage weight of 9.87, then (charges) in sixth place with a percentage weight of 8.26, then ”housing” in seventh place with a percentage weight of 6.81, and finally ”illegal immigration” with a percentage weight of.
