Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the bone volume and quality formed following graftless maxillary sinus lifting through lateral window approach to compare the efficiency of the use of titanium screws versus the use of titanium mesh in preserving the space below the uplifted maxillary sinus membrane allowing for stable blood clot formation in severly atrophied posterior maxillary ridge.
