Abstract In the second of pregnancy, amniotic fluid volume is an indicator of fetal well-being and is an important measurement during antenatal fetal testing. Amniotic fluid volumes have been described as Oligohydramnios if the actual volume of the amniotic fluid is less than 500 mL or as Polyhydramnios if the volume is more than 2000 mL. The target of this work is to determine the relation of fetal renal artery Doppler with normal pregnancies and pregnancies complicated by oligohydramnios.: - 50 pregnant women were classified as: - 25women with normal amniotic fluid index - 25 women with oligohydramnios The results show: • Statistically significant difference between groups according to birth weight. • No statistically significant difference between groups according to Renal and Umbilical artery Doppler indices in Gestational Age 16 and 22 weeks. • Statistically significant difference between groups according to umbilical artery Doppler indices PI & RI in Gestational Age 26 weeks. • Statistically significant difference over the periods through renal artery Doppler indices PI and RI. • Statistically significant difference over the periods through umbilical artery Doppler indices PI and RI in each group. |
