This Research aims to determine “The Relationship between the Dimensions of the Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture- ”An Applied Study on the employees of Egypt Post in Dakahlia governorate”. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data has been collected from some employees in Egypt Post in Dakahlia governorate. The sample size is 230, and The SPSS was used to analyze the primary data. The Results of the Research show that there is a significant correlation relationship between the dimensions of the servant leadership and organizational culture in Egypt Post in Dakahlia governorate. In addition, there is a significant effect of the dimensions of organizational culture on the servant leadership in Egypt Post in Dakahlia governorate.
