This Research aims to determine “The Impact of the Application of the Quality of Work Life Dimensions on achieving Organizational Excellence - An Applied Study on Toshiba El-Araby Company in Egypt”. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data has been collected from some employees in Toshiba El-Araby Company in Egypt. The sample size is 281, and The SPSS was used to analyze the primary data.The Results of the Research show that there is a significant correlation relationship between the quality of work life dimensions and organizational excellence in Toshiba El-Araby Company in Egypt. In addition, there is a significant effect of the quality of work life dimensions on the dimensions of organizational excellence in Toshiba El-Araby Introduction: Maintaining the quality of work is on the list of concerns and priorities of officials in various organizations, they are constantly striving, and by all possible means, to improve the quality of work for workers as it is a key factor to increase the motivation of workers to accomplish, and raise the level of the organization as a whole and achieve the highest levels of performance and quality, and therefore the quality of work is one of the concepts That expresses the policies of organizational change and development and to reduce the acute tension and anxiety that prevailed among workers for fear of reducing employment and reducing costs in many organizations as a result of successive economic crises facing the whole world (Ahmed, 2015). However, the current situation compels everyone to go towards excellence in performance at the individual and organizational levels, and this has emerged after the field of management witnessed a boom in the availability of specific standards for development and improvement processes in organizations, followed by the search for excellence that confirmed that achieving organizational excellence must become The primary concern of all organizations at all levels, as organizational excellence is not a result of the moment and is not easily achieved, but it requires vigorous efforts from all workers in the organization at all levels (Tawfiq and Al-Melegy, 2012). 1st: The Research’s Problem: The research problem is to answer the following two questions: Is there an impact of applying the dimensions of the quality of work life in achieving organizational excellence in Toshiba El Araby Company?” 2nd: The Research’s Objectives: In the light of the research problem, the researcher seeks to achieve the following objectives:- 2/1- Determine the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of the quality of work life and the dimensions of organizational excellence in Toshiba El Araby Company.2/2- Explaining the impact of the dimensions of the quality of work life on achieving organizational excellence in Toshiba El Araby Company. 2/3- Developing a set of recommendations in light of the results that will be reached. 3rd: The Research’s Hypotheses: Based on the research problem and to achieve its objectives, this research tests the validity of the following hypotheses: There is no statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of the quality of work life and the dimensions of organizational excellence in Toshiba El Araby Company. There is no statistically significant impact to the dimensions of the quality of work life on the dimensions of organizational excellence in Toshiba El Araby Company.4th: The Importance of the Research: This research is considered to be important on both the scientific and practical levels as follows:a) The Scientific Importance:- Trying to enrich and add more studies in relatively recent fields in human resources management.- Reaching the excellence in companies through improving the quality of work life in its many dimensions.- This study is considered one of the recent studies, as it shed light on the effect of the quality of work life on achieving organizational excellence at the same time, and to the extent of the researcher’s knowledge it is considered one of the rare studies that dealt with two variables (quality of work life and organizational excellence).b) The Applied Importance: 1. This research clarifies the cognitive framework for the extent of knowledge of the company’s management of quality of work life standards and their effect in achieving organizational excellence, which may lead to assisting Toshiba El Araby company in developing strategic plans to narrow the gap between theory and application of the concept of quality of work life within the organization and organizational excellence. 2. The results and recommendations of this research may be useful for decision makers in Toshiba El Araby senior management regarding facing obstacles to improving the quality of work life and its role in supporting organizational excellence .3. Improving work flow in a way that helps to quickly respond to customer requirements, in addition to achieving the special goals of the company in question.5th: Research’s Framework: On the basis of the hypotheses of the research, it was divided to include the following topics: Chapter one: The researcher deals with (preamble, the conceptual framework of the research, the previous studies, the exploratory study, the research problem, the research objectives, the research assumptions, the research importance, the methodology of the research, the research framework). Chapter two: Theoretical framework for the independent variable (The Quality of Work Life) and the dependent variable (Organizational Excellence) where the researcher discussed in this chapter theoretical concepts related to strategic awakening and its dimensions. Chapter Three: The analytical research of the field research data, where the researcher reviews the hypotheses tests and discussing the results and recommendations. References. Appendix. Abstracts.: The Findings of the Research: The researcher reached a number of results: There is a significant correlation relationship between the dimensions of the quality of work life and organizational excellence in Toshiba El Araby Company in Egypt. There is a significant impact for the dimensions of the quality of work life on organizational excellence in Toshiba El Araby Company in Egypt.7th: The Research’s Recommendations. The researcher offers a set of recommendations as follows: a.Recommendations for the management of Toshiba El Araby Company in Egypt: The necessity of paying attention to the leadership and supervisory style, as it has a positive impact on the dimensions of organizational excellence. The importance of caring for stability and job security as a vital matter for employees, as it is one of the most important pillars of success in the company, because it creates an atmosphere of reassurance and belonging. The necessity of working to achieve career advancement and advancement for workers. The need to pay attention to achieving a balance between career and personal life as it is an important and sensitive issues for the employee and the company, both of which have several requirements that need specific foundations to control the balance of balance between them.b. Recommendations for researchers in the field of human resources for future studies:- Study the relationship between the quality of work life and organizational excellence when mediating job satisfaction.- Study the relationship between electronic management of human resources and organizational excellence. Apply this study in other sectors.
