Abstract
Coccidiosis is a main intestinal parasitic disease of chickens, caused by Eimeria sp. and leads to high mortality and morbidity rates for poultry industry all over the world. This work was intended to determine the
incidence of the infection of different coccidian species in selected broiler
chickens, study the effect of caecal coccidiosis on broilers experimentally
infected with the coccidian parasite, Eimeria tenella , and lastly application of formalin as a chemical product to control this parasite
