Abstractof thestudy:
The current research aims to explore the role of the school administration in the stage of basic educationfor strengthening the moral values of the students, the moral values to be supported, the supporting community institutions by strengthening them, their development stage and methods of support, and the local and global variables and their effect on the moral values, tasks and roles of the school administration in enhancing the moral values and some of the role of managementobstacles,and ways to overcome them .To achieve this goal, the current search was based on the descriptiveapproachin gathering information, data and facts,describing what is existed,observing the facts aiming to analyze and interpret this reality relying on the studies, researches and resources handled in the research.The research has come to some resultsandrecommendations upon which a proposed conception was developedto activate the school administration’s role in enhancing the moral values among the students of the primary school stage and modern technological application to strengthen the students’ moralvalues with the help of the school administration.
