Abstract

The present work aimed to study the thermodynamic parameters for some divalent salts during its interaction with some pharmatheutical drugs in different solution and studying their biological effect, we can summarize the obtained results as following:1- A TEM result shows that n-MnSO4 has spherical shape with average particle size of 19.61nm; n-VOSO4 has spherical shape with average particle size 11.73 and n-CuSO4 have spherical shape with average particle size 40nm. 2- X-RD results shows that average particle size of samples ZnSO4 is 120.1nm for bulk sample and 65.28nm for nano-sized sample. 3- Conductivity results of CuSO4 salts shows higher values of thermodynamic parameters of b-CuSO4 rather than nano-sized salt in absence of SF and reduction of parameters values in presence of SF. 4-Association constant values of VOSO4 in presence of SF are higher than in absence of it in used solution and values of association constant by using SF have higher values than using Doxo. 5- Complexation parameters of VOSO4 by using SF, Doxo show higher values of 1:2 M: L rather than 1:1 M: L. 6- Formation constant of complexes values have higher values in case of interacting n-CuSO4 with Doxo by applying cyclic voltammetry method. 7- Formation constant of n-MnSO4 complexes in presence of Doxo have lower values than b-MnSO4 complexes by applying cyclic voltammetry method. 8- Solid complexes have been isolated for different salts used with SF, Doxo and theoretical studies have been estimated. 9- N-ZnSO4 with SF shows better biological effect on MCF-7 cell lines when n-CuSO4 shows better results on HePG-2 cell lines. 10- VOSO4 shows better biological effect on both MCF-7 and HePG-2 cell lines.
