The construction of a question bank in the course of mathematics and statistics for high school students using some models of response to the item, where the researcher built two multi-selection tests in the mathematics and statistics course of the literary and scientific branch according to the table of specifications and was judged and reviewed by arbitrators in the field of mathematics and statistics and in the field of measurement and evaluation these two tests consist of eight models and applied the three models on the same number of 1856 students from the province of Karaka, Madaba and Amman They were randomly selected and after the application of the test the answers were corrected and analyzed by the Statistical Package Program SPSS and BILOG MG3 and the appropriate statistical methods were used, namely, the averages and standard deviations for estimates of item difficulty, individual abilities, weight ratio, and chi-squared test to determine the conformity of data for samples, grades and Grades T. Through statistical processing, the researcher reached the following results to identify the most common models of the three identical to the data, which is the triangular model, in light of the detection of the suitability of the data item and the individuals that make up the bank for each of the items, binary and trimetric models. Honesty and consistency according to the tri-parameter log model, the most accurate in measurement.
