Undoubtedly, we find that the practice of medical work is based on stable principles that provide effective services to the patient, and for the intervention to be legitimate, important conditions must be required to allow this intervention, and among these conditions is a condition related to the patient himself in accepting or refusing treatment, and it is the condition of consent that must be issued from The patient is personally aware of the patient, as the presence of this condition would make the doctor safe from legal and legitimate accountability when he did not commit any mistake related to his medical work, and the research included a set of axes, the first axis, the human right to health, through the aspects of protection that It was approved by Islamic law in preserving health, stating the patient’s rights and duties, and on the second axis: the concept of the treatment contract, and the stages that require consent from the patient or his representative, and the third axis: with the consent issued by the patient in the treatment contract, its pictures, and the extent to which treatment is stopped based on satisfaction Whereas, the fourth axis focused on the effect of the patient’s satisfaction lag in the treatment contract. The research concluded a set of results and ended with the development of many recommendations.
