The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of developing an adaptive training environment based on the interaction between previous levels of experience (high / low) and preferred training patterns (personal/ participatory) to develop modern technological competencies for the education technology specialist, and the researcher used the developmental approach that targets the descriptive analytical approach and approach The experimental sample, the research sample consisted of education technology specialists in the Directorate of Education in the Mansoura Center, Dakahlia Governorate, and enabling the selection of a random sample of them (40) specialists, taking into account the diversity in previous years of experience, and they were divided into four experimental groups In accordance with the previous level of experience (high / low), and the preferred training style (personal/ participatory), the global design 2x2 was used as being the most appropriate for the reason for research, and modern technological competencies were limited to (electronic content production competencies - electronic test production competencies - dealing with competencies The Egyptian Knowledge Bank - the adequacy of research in databases), and the research tools were (a test to determine the level of previous experience - a measure to determine the preferred training style - a knowledge test - a note card), and the results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the four experimental groups For the case The second experimental group with a participatory training pattern and a high level of experience, and the research ended with a set of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which was the need to educate all workers in different educational institutions of the importance of mastering modern technological competencies for everyone.
