Abstract
Women are half of the population, managers and coaches of families
and community, and their health constitutes basic health of half the
population, family, and society. Unhealthy lifestyle is one of the factors affecting the occurrence of the chronic diseases that shown to be related to lifestyle and human behavior. Healthy lifestyle behaviors (HLBs) are among the main determinates of health that have been recognized as underlying factors in disease prevention. Thus, health-promoting behaviors and a healthy lifestyle should be considered as major strategies to improve and maintain the women health.
