Abstract
The study of sets theories and applications serve in most branches of mathematics starting with the theory of ordinary sets (Contour) and other theories like fuzzy sets theory and rough sets and multisets (Recurring elements). The purpose of this chapter is to give a short survey of some needed definitions and theories of the material used in thethesis. In section1.1, we give some concepts about basics on rough sets. The purpose of section1.2is to cover basic rough set theory on two universe sets. The purpose of sections1.3 and1.4is to givesome concepts about multiset theory,crisp and multi relations. Finally,we introduce the basic definitions ofgeneralized multiset topology
