This study aims to identify the relationship between organizational politicization and organizational commitment to employees at Mansoura University Hospitals sector. 1) Knowing the nature of the relationship between organizational politicization and the organizational commitment of workers in the Mansoura University hospital sector? 2) Identify the impact of organizational politicization on the organizational commitment of workers in the Mansoura University Hospitals sector? 3) Determine differences in the views of workers in the Mansoura University Hospitals sector regarding study variables (organizational politicization, and organizational commitment) according to their demographic variables (gender, age, educational level, occupation, and number of years of experience. 4) Presenting a set of proposals and recommendations that help officials in the Mansoura University Hospitals sector to improve the level of employee commitment by studying and analyzing organizational politicization dimensions and their impact on their commitment. The study methodology The data obtained through the survey list that was conducted on a sample of workers in Mansoura University Hospitals sector was relied upon, the sample size reached (330) singles, and a set of statistical methods were used such as descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression method, Mann and Teny test. Results: This study concluded that there is a negative moral relationship between organizational politicization and organizational commitment, as well as a negative moral effect of the dimensions of organizational politicization on the organizational commitment, in addition to the absence of significant differences in the views of the study sample items about the availability of the study variables (organizational politicization, organizational commitment) According to the demographic variables.
