Abstract
In light of the challenges facing the cultivation of many crops throughout the world in general and in the Arab Republic of Egypt, especially as a result of environmental changes, the temperature was the main cause of this challenge, which in turn led to water shortages, which encouraged the emergence of salts in drought-affected areas due to water shortage which were used to wash salts as a result of the large relationship between water shortage and soil salinity, our research idea, which aims to increase the probability of obtaining desired wheat grain compositions, gives profitable economic returns under water shortage and salt.
