المستخلص This Research aims to determine The Impact of Realizing Organizational Justice on Job Frustration - An Empirical study on workers in Petrotrade Company in Talkha area. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data has been collected from some workers in Petrotrade Company in Talkha area. Sample size is 211, and The SPSS was used to analyze the primary data. The Results of the Research show that the dimensions of Realizing Organizational Justice represented in (Distributive justice, Procedural justice and Interactional justice) have a significant correlation with the dimensions of the Job Frustration which represented in (Aggression, Rationalization, Withdrawal, Daydreaming and Waste the effort) from the point of view of workers in Petrotrade Company in Talkha area. The results also show that Realizing Organizational Justice dimensions (as independent variables) have a significant impact on Job Frustration (as dependent variables) from the point of view of workers in Petrotrade Company in Talkha area. |
