Abstract
This thesis is concened With the synthesis of Mesoporous silica nanospheres and using it as carrier 1,10- Phenanthroline. The newly designed solid sensor was then used for determination of ferrous ions. New analytical method such as digital image based colorietric analysis was applid.Also the adsorpiton capacity of the sensor to Ward ferrous ions Was studied. The sensor Was used in real Sample for the monitoring of corrosion level and the result obtained from the sensor were found to be in excellent agreement with those obtained by ICP-AES.
