Abstract
Adolescents are the citizens of tomorrow and the generation of hope. However literatures revealed thatm adolescent females’ health, nutrition, education, and development are to some extent neglected aspects, these may have effects on their reproductive health. Adolescent females may not be capable to cope up with physical, hormonal, sexual and emotional changes during puberty and adolescence period. Menstruation and also vaginal discharge are the most obvious physical and hormonal changes of puberty. Vaginal discharge may be physiological or pathological.
