Abstract Mulibrey nanism is a rare autosomal recessive disorder that affects muscles, liver, brain and eye and characterized by growth failure, characteristic facial features and multiple organ abnormalities. This is the first report to present an Egyptian case of Mulibrey nanism affecting a 7-year-old male patient presented with short stature, hepatomegaly and constrictive pericarditis for which he had a total pericardiotomy. |
