Abstract
The work conducted in this thesis represented a comprehensive study of the phenolic fingerprint of E. japonica (Thunb.) Lind l. leaves cultivar Golden Nuggets cultivated in Egypt alongwith the assessment of different pharmacological potentials of the leaves.
Furthermore, a comparative study of the biological activities of E. japonicaleaves cultivar Golden Nuggets with other two cultivars also cultivated in Egypt, namely Zekeim and Emanwil at three different growing seasons was accomplished as well using in vitromodels.
