This study tries to find out the extent to which the working woman depends on the Egyptian and Arab satellite channels and the extent of her exposure to these programs, in addition to the reflection of the role of these programs on the attitudes of the working woman towards Arab culture, and to meet her needs in obtaining information, knowledge and entertainment in the midst of the large number of satellite channels, and the role that can be That these programs perform in providing working women with what is happening in society, whether at the local or international level; In order to be able to satisfy their needs, and at the same time contribute to providing them with the ability to take appropriate decisions in facing the problems they face and achieving their various goals. This study belongs to the descriptive studies, and depends on the analytical and field survey methodology, and it depends on the sample survey method. A sample of Egyptian and Arab satellite channels programs was studied in the analytical study, and a sample of 400 women working in the Egyptian community in the field study was studied. The most important results of the study is that the topics pertaining to working women were the largest percentage in each of the study sample programs from the general topics that were included in the seminars of the study sample programs during the analysis period. Topics of Arab culture came second in the seminars of the study sample programs. Women appeared more in episodes of the study sample programs. The working woman follows the satellite programs as a source to draw the working woman to her culture by 80%. Watching satellite channels to a large extent came in first place with 5.78% of the sample of working women who conducted the questionnaire newspaper; As the working woman mainly depends on her to increase her culture and awareness. The lack of influence of the content of satellite TV programs on the speaking language of the working woman ranked first with 25.54%. The non-preference for the working woman to use some foreign words during the conversation ranked first with 25.49%. In the opinion of the working woman, the failure of the Arab community to preserve religious values ranked first with 25.90%. The working woman believes that watching satellite channels affects family relationships by 100%; This explains the attraction towards technological and media means, which has negatively affected family relations and the way the family communicates with each other. The working woman believes that what is broadcast on satellite channels does not conform to our prevailing values, and thus it ranked first with 66%.
