Summary
The current study reached the following results:
First: Summary of descriptive results:
The relative weight of the basic research sample responses in the awareness measure of the risk of skipping breakfast ranged from (1: 72.3%). There are also statistically significant differences towards the awareness questionnaire about the risk of skipping breakfast, as the value of Ca2 was a function at the level of significance of 0.01.
The relative weight of the responses of the basic research sample in the aggressive behavior awareness measure ranged from (4.7: 75.7) that there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the individuals of the basic research sample to the aggressive behavior awareness questionnaire where the value of Ca2 was a function at the significance level of 0.01.
Second: Summary of the results of the hypotheses:
a. There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the awareness measure of the risk of skipping breakfast according to the average monthly income of the family in favor of the higher monthly income.
- There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the scale of awareness of the risk of skipping breakfast according to the number of children in favor of a group of (5-7) children..
- There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the scale of awareness of the risk of skipping breakfast according to the mother’s educational level in favor of the mother’s higher education level.
- There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the scale of awareness of the risk of skipping breakfast according to the father’s education level in favor of a higher educational level.
- There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the scale of awareness of the risk of skipping breakfast according to the children’s order in favor of the last son.

- There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the measure of awareness of aggressive behavior according to the work of the mother and the main research sample was in favor of the working mother.
- There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 in the measure of awareness of aggressive behavior according to the difference in the profession of the father in favor of low work.
Research recommendations:
1- The necessity of making use of various researches and studies in the Department of Family and Childhood Institutions Management and activating their results in spreading awareness of the danger of skipping breakfast and its impact on aggressive behavior, as well as guidelines to be published on all electronic media in order to link scientific research with the service of community issues.
2- Holding counseling sessions to reduce the risk of aggressive behavior and malnutrition problems.
3- The necessity of solidarity with the Ministry of Education in developing home economics curricula and adding topics that teach students the importance of eating meals, especially breakfast, and its impact on individual behavior.
4- Active participation in community service and environmental development, by presenting distinguished programs to increase mothers ’awareness of the importance of meals, especially breakfast, and its impact on aggressive behavior.
5- Cooperating with the various media agencies within the governorate on the necessity to conduct educational programs to raise awareness of the danger of skipping breakfast and its impact on the aggressive behavior of middle school students
Suggested research:
1- The effectiveness of an individual and group counseling program to reduce the aggressive behavior of a sample of high school students Adolescent health.
2- The effectiveness of a counseling program to develop nutritional awareness for mothers and supervisors of autistic children.
3- Malnutrition in the schoolboy and its relationship to academic achievement.
4- The effectiveness of a story-based counseling program to reduce the aggressive behavior

Efficacy of Guidance Nutritional Program to Pay Mothers Attention For Skipping Breakfast and
it’s Effect of Aggressive Behavior
of Preparatory School Children

Research problem :
Not eating breakfast has become an important and common thing in life and its severity has increased in the current era, as most young people and adolescents do not eat breakfast and this is due to their lack of awareness of the importance of that meal and the nutrients that the body gets from eating that meal and thus not eating it results in the occurrence of Some problems associated with cognitive function and chronic diseases.
research aims :
The research aims to design and implement a counseling program for mothers to develop awareness of the importance of breakfast and awareness of aggressive behavior and reduce the risks of skipping that meal.
The search results yielded:
3- There are statistically significant differences between the responses of mothers of the basic research sample in the measure of awareness of the risk of skipping breakfast and awareness of aggressive behavior and between the study variables (average monthly income - number of children - arrangement of children - mother’s work - the father’s profession - the mother’s education level - the father’s education level ).
4- There is a positive correlation between awareness of the risk of skipping breakfast and awareness of aggressive behavior.
5- There are statistically significant differences at a significance level of 0.01 between the averages of the pre and post measurements of the experimental sample under investigation in awareness of the risk of skipping breakfast and the scale as a whole in favor of the average post-measurement, as well as in awareness of aggressive behavior and the scale as a whole in favor of the average post-measurement.
6- By calculating the size of the effect, it was found that N2 = 0.94% in awareness of the danger of skipping breakfast and in awareness of aggressive behavior N2 = 0.93%. Thus, the size of the program’s effect is large, indicating the high effectiveness in developing awareness of the danger of skipping breakfast and its effect on the aggressive behavior of middle school students , Statistically significant differences were found at a significance level of 0.01 between the pre and post application scores in favor of the post application of the program on the experimental sample, which indicates the effectiveness of the nutritional counseling program to educate mothers about the danger of skipping breakfast and its effect on the aggressive behavior of middle school students.
