School electronic journalism is considered one of the main and important axes in building the personality of students, and it has become necessary for it to keep pace with the information flow in various fields to enable generations to adapt and adapt to the developments of the age and creativity, because information has an educational function in shaping human attitudes and trends and in building his personality, which obliges the media School is to keep pace with this development by introducing the media process into the basic educational activities in order to achieve its goals and desired goals represented in the formation of a positive and integrated person in his society and disciplined according to his values and laws.
The study problem and its questions:
The research problem can be crystallized in the following main question:
What is the effect of a training program on developing the skills of producing an electronic school newspaper in the English language and creative thinking among middle school students (languages)?
The main question is divided into the following sub-questions:
1) What is the suggested training program for developing the skills of producing a school electronic newspaper in the English language?
2) What are the standards for producing an electronic school newspaper in the English language for middle school students (languages)?
3) What are the skills of producing an electronic school newspaper in the English language for middle school students (languages)?
4) What is the level of creative thinking of middle school students (languages)?
Study hypotheses:
The current study seeks to verify the following hypotheses at (0.05(:
 There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the study sample in the pre and post measurements to test the production of a school electronic newspaper in the cognitive English language in favor of the post measurement.
 There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the study sample in the pre and post measurements of a school electronic newspaper evaluation card in the English language in favor of the post measurement.
 There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the study sample in the pre and post measurements to test the creative thinking ability (Torrance) in favor of the post measurement.
Study type and methodology:
This study is an experimental one, relying on the quasi-experimental approach based on scientific observation and accurate measurement, as it seeks to develop creative thinking through a training program based on the production of school electronic newspapers in the English language.
Study Population and Sample:
The study population is represented by the students of the preparatory stage (languages) in Minya governorate, while the study sample was represented in an intentional sample that included (60) pupils and pupils of the third year of middle school in Matai Official Language Experimental School in Minya Governorate, and the researcher can refer to the reason for choosing a sample of middle school students (Languages) in Minya governorate, due to the importance of the stage in the formation of the personality of the adolescent and the influence on his convictions and behaviors, and his influence on what happens in his surrounding environment, which forms his identity, as the early stage of adolescence represented in the preparatory stage is characterized by the formation of concepts and impulsivity, where he practices, experiments and explores different roles.
Study tools:
With regard to data collection tools that can be considered as means that allow data to be collected from the ground, they are defined as follows:
1) A list of standards for producing a school electronic newspaper in the English language.
2) A list of the skills of producing an English school electronic newspaper.
3) A list of goals and content for producing a school electronic newspaper in English.
4) Achievement test of the knowledge and skills of producing school electronic newspapers in the English language.
5) The ”Torrance Test” (Arabization of Syed Khairallah, 1981).
Results:
1) Provide a training program to develop the skills of producing school electronic newspapers in the English language and creative thinking skills.
2) Presenting a list of English language school electronic newspaper production skills.
3) Submit a list of standards for producing school electronic newspapers in the English language.
4) Verifying the correctness of the hypotheses, and they were all indicative, which demonstrated the impact of the training program on developing school electronic newspaper production skills and creative thinking skills, as:
 There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.001) between the mean scores of the students in the study sample in the pre and post measurements to test the production of a school electronic newspaper in English cognitive in favor of the post measurement.
 There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.001) between the mean scores of the students in the study sample in the pre and post measurements of an electronic school newspaper evaluation card in the English language in favor of the post measurement.
 There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.001) between the mean scores of the students in the study sample in the pre and post measurements to test the ability of creative thinking (Torrance) in favor of the post measurement.
