المستخلص Abstract Mamdouh Omar Saber Radwan: The Role of the School Climate toAchieving the Social Security for Secondary Stage Students in Egypt, A master’s Thesis/ Ain – Shams University, Faculty of Women for Arts, Science and Education, Foundations of Education Dept,2021. This study aims to identify the role of the school climate in achieving social security for public secondary school students in Egypt. It used the descriptive approach to identify the theoretical foundations of social security, He Presented the Efforts of Some Countries in Activating the Role of the School Climate to Achieve Social Security in Secondary Schools and the Ways to Benefit from them in Egypt,and the reality of the climate in achieving social security in the public high school in Egypt. And to indicate the correlation between the school climate and achieving social security. The study concluded with developing a proposed for activating the role of the school climate in achieving social security for public secondary school students in Egypt, based on what has been reached in the theoretical framework of the study and previous studies related to the topic and the Efforts of Some Countries that have Succeeded in Activating the Role of School Scholarships to Achieve Social Security in Their Secondary Schools,The study reached several results, the most important of which are as follows: the positive school climate has great importance in achieving security, social stability and psychological comfort for students. Furthermore, the ministry of education is keen to provide an attractive and safe school environment for students through the application of school decisions and controls as well as activating the school discipline regulations.It also found that the outputs general Secondary school outcomes suffer as a whole from weakness in results regarding achieving the social security and its requirements for the secondary school students |
