Introduction:
The result of the development (progress) at the information technology. The necessity of new information system which could or should coupe with the new environment related to the information technology. There are multiple kinds of economic policies, one at them in walking on foot policy.
The problem of the study:
The problem of the study in mainly describe of Egypt as a follower in using technology.
Egypt is somehow not enough (not eligible enough to compete in the technology industry.
There are limited speeding’s on both information technology sector of developing of training workforce.
The importance / significance of the study:
Spreading of information is pivotal is all as pellets of development.
1th Theoretical significance.
2nd practical significance.
The objectives of the study:
Identifying the concept of IT, human capital, sustainable development with all in demission.
Analyzing the relationship between IT & human capital & their infection, on the sustainable, development in Egypt.
The Hypotheses of the study:
•There is a positive exchange between IT of the human capital in Egypt which neglected constructively on the sustainable development.
The curriculum of the study.
The descriptive curriculum.
The analytical curriculum.
The results of the study:
1-The study confirms supporting education and both training & upgrade of the workforce in Egypt.
2-Working on developing different esparto to achieve the maximum of progress.
3-The IT is considered a great choice for investment.
Recommendation of the study:
1- Working vigorously of great to give more care and concern to study of innervation.
2-Activating the industrialization policy can constructing free area to IT.
3-Applying & implementing curriculum.
To manufacture the human capital.
4-Upgrading the level of workforce.
