Abstract
In order to clarify the possible effect of calcium on male fertility, the present study was carried out to study the effect of oral administration of calcium and Nano calcium on some reproductive parameters in adult male rats. The study was carried out at the laboratory animal center of military Veterinary Hospital, Nasr City, Cairo.
Sixty male rats weighing from 140-170 g were purchased from laboratory animal center of military Veterinary Hospital. They were kept under natural environmental conditions of light [12 h light: 12 h dark] and temperature [25±2 ˚C] the food and water were provided ad libitum and the animals were maintained 2 weeks of acclimation to the laboratory conditions before the beginning of experiment ,
The animals were divided into 6 equal groups, 10 animals
