Abstract
Cervical spinal cord injury is a traumatic event that results
in many complications such as respiratory compromise, hemodynamic
instability,and disturbance to normal sensory and motor function that
impacts a patient`s physical,psychological and social well being.The
nursing guidelines for the management of acute cervical spinal cor
