Abstract
This study aimed to 1. Differentiate between strains of canine parvovirus and genotyping of these strains in three provinces Ismailia ,Algharbiuh and El behaira . Collected fecal samples were examined by PCR and make sequence to positive samples. The result are ,more than 70% of samples are type 2a .
