Abstract
This current hospital-based cross-sectional study aimed to determine the prevalence of periodontal disease considering the staging and grading based on the new classification and specifically the prevalence of stages III & IV in adult Egyptian dental outpatients attending the diagnostic centre at Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University.
