Abstract
higher in relapsed and resistant cases than newly diagnosed.There was high statistically significant difference between the patient and healthy group as regard the gamma secretase gene catalytic subunit presenilinexpression
Conclusion
The gamma secretase catalytic subunit(presenilin) expression in cLL patients was elevated in comparision to healthy individuals and was elevated in resistant- relapsed cLL patients in comparision to newly diagnosed individuals and that will add prognostic role.So, gamma secretase inhibitors could be a light path as a line of therapy
