This The research aims to study the impact of E-training in raising the professional efficiency by applying it to the employees of the Institute of Information Technology. In determining the vocabulary of the research, the researcher relied on the comprehensive inventory method for the employees of the Institute of Information Technology, whose number is (216). The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent electronic training (independent variable) and professional competence (dependent variable). The researcher used Alpha Cronbach coefficient to calculate the validity and reliability coefficients, while he used both the Pearson correlation coefficient and the regression analysis method. Simple to check the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results represented in the existence of a significant correlation between E-training and the dimensions of professional competence at the level of significance (0.05), and the presence of a significant effect of each dimension of E-training on professional competence at the level of significant significance (0.05).
