Abstract
In this work, synthesis and characterization of passivation series methods that prepared with different treating materials for producing a high efficient perovskite solar cell. To overcome on the defect which threatens its overwhelming success that, we introduce the barriers between the layers’ interfaces and in the same layer between grains that resists the passing of charge carriers.
