Abstract
The thesis consists of Four chapters, Chapter 1: General introduction, Chapter 2: divided into three parts, A- Introduction about experimental design and optimization, B- Use of antibiotics in broiler production, and C- Experimental design optimization of HPLC-UV method for simultaneous determination of eight antibacterials in broiler chicken samples. Chapter 3 : divided into two parts, A- Introduction about coccidosis and uses of anticoccidial drugs, and B- Simultaneous determination of five anticoccidial drugs in broiler chicken samples by HPLC-UV method using experimental design methodology and LC-MS/MS method was used for determination of the residue of these drugs in chicken muscle and liver samples. Chapter 4 : divided into two parts, A-Introduction about derivatization, and B – Pre-Column derivatization liquid chromatography method for determination of Gentamicin in broiler samples.
