Abstract Sample preparation is crucial step prior to analysis, as it aims to purify and concentrate the target analyte. In general, sample treatment aids in separation and the quantification of target analytes, as well as the protection of analytical instruments. Miniaturization of Liquid-liquid extraction is a rapidly expanding sector of sample preparation that aims to decrease solvent use, protect the environment, and safeguard operators’ health. In this thesis, different modes of liquid-liquid microextraction including homogeneous and dispersive liquid liquid microextraction for determination of different drugs from different pharmacological classes in Human plasma were investigated. |
