Abstract This study aims to investigate both the direct and indirect impact of perceived organization support on continuous learning while taking into account the psychological ownership for Mansoura university and Kafr El-Sheikh university academic staff. This study adopts post positivism philosophy and quantitative research method. A questionnaire was done so as to collect data from both universities’ teaching staff. Data were collected from 357 academic staff in Mansoura and Kafr El-Sheikh university using questionnaire (50% response rate). Path analysis is employed to test the research hypotheses using Warp PLS 0.7. The Results have proved many points. Perceived organization support (adjusted POS and financial POS) is positively related to continuous learning. Perceived organization support (adjusted POS, career POS, and financial support) is positively related to psychological ownership. Psychological ownership is positively related to continuous learning. There is indirect impact of perceived organization support (adjusted POS and career POS) on continuous learning through psychological ownership. |
