The present study aimed at identifying the impact of digital transformation on organizational development an applied study on employees of Banque Misr and its branches in Dakahlia Governorate, and the study sample consisted of 201 individuals, and the study reached the following results. There is a significant effect of the digital shift on the organizational development of workers in Banque Misr and its branches in Dakahlia Governorate, there is a relationship The morale of the digital transformation on the organizational development of the employees of Banque Misr and its branches in Dakahlia Governorate.
