المستخلص The present dissertation aimed at listing a set of proposed ethical practices for the leaders of public secondary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in order to achieve the quality of their performance. This necessitated a presentation of the theoretical framework including the most important theoretical foundations for ethical leadership in schools in the light of contemporary leadership thought. The descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was used by a group of educational experts, teachers and school principals working in the educational field regarding initial proposal for a set of ethical practices for the leaders of public secondary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in order to achieve the quality of their performance, and based on the conclusions of the theoretical framework and the results of the theoretical study of the Egyptian reality, the research found a suggested set of ethical practices for leaders in public secondary schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt to achieve the quality of their performance. |
