Having children and forming a family built on the basis of love, mercy and cooperation is something that Islam has blessed in order for society to be based on sound rules, and to make lawful cohabitation the natural way to procreate between spouses. The spouses or one of them, which raises anxiety and fear from the spouses and their families, and the lack of childbearing increases the couple’s feelings of frustration and weakness, so their hopes and ambitions are dissipated and the impact of this is reflected on their marital life threatening its stability and continuity, to start a new chapter of exchanging charges and holding each party responsible for not having children. As a result and to rid the couples of this psychological frustration and fear of it, doctors have tried since ancient times to find a solution to it and invent methods to help procreation and treat infertility. All other scientific discoveries that may include some permissible permissible that is consistent with morals and general principles and another prohibited forbidden which is not in line with Islamic law or with the legal system in Islamic countries, although they are pioneering scientific discoveries and represent a huge leap in the field of medicine. At the same time, a door that does not block the temptation, deviations, and perversions that affect human life and the resulting confusion and corruption in the lineages, as it requires that this technology not be left for the good and benefit it contains to society to the whims of individuals and perhaps the ambitions of the discoverers, doctors and practitioners of it, rather it should be surrounded by a fortress. Impervious to Sharia and legal provisions and controls, which in turn take into account ease and remove the embarrassment and flexibility that characterize Islamic Sharia.
