Abstract
Cancer is caused by an imbalance in the rate of proliferation and apoptosis or cell death and the positive effect of anticancer therapy is taken into consideration when its ability to initiate apoptosis in cancer cells. Typically, cancer is one of the fatal genetic as well as induced diseases resulting due to the defects in the genetic material. This is because of the loss of cell growth control mechanism owing to numerous carcinogenic mediators for instance Physical, chemical and biological agents.
