The problem of the current study was determined in: Requirements to support the social rights of the Kuwaiti child within the framework of integration between governmental and civil society organizations. The study took place in two chapters, the first chapter dealt with the theoretical framework of the study and contains four chapters: The first chapter deals with the problem of the study, its importance, objectives, questions, concepts, previous studies and theoretical guidelines for the study in addition to the methodological procedures of the study, while the second chapter focused on child care programs and services within the framework of social rights For the Kuwaiti child, the third chapter reviewed the social rights of the Kuwaiti child, and the fourth chapter was devoted to integration between governmental and civil society organizations to support programs and services for the social rights of the Kuwaiti child. The second chapter dealt with the applied framework of the study and it contains two chapters: Chapter five deals with the statistical treatments of the study, while the sixth chapter focused on the general results of the study and its recommendations, then followed by the list of references used in the study, appendices of the study and summaries of the study. Objectives of the study: 1- Familiarity with the requirements to support the social rights of the Kuwaiti child and to identify the contribution of civil society institutions represented in NGOs in raising awareness of the social rights of the child, in accordance with the objectives and mechanisms of social work in the field of child care and human rights. 2- Determine the degree of contribution of governmental and civil society organizations in supporting the social rights of the Kuwaiti child. 3- Realizing the dimensions of integration between governmental and civil society organizations in supporting the social rights of the Kuwaiti child. 4- Familiarity with the obstacles to achieving integration between governmental and civil society organizations in supporting the social rights of the Kuwaiti child. 5- Reaching for a proposed conception through which it is possible to activate the integration between governmental organizations and civil society organizations in supporting the social rights of the Kuwaiti child. This study belongs to the descriptive studies, which contribute to the description and analysis. Because through this type of studies it is possible to obtain accurate information that depicts the reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena, based on the method of a sample social survey for members of government and private associations working in the field of child and maternity care, and a group of experts and specialists. A sample of (41) members of the boards of directors of these associations in Farwaniya Governorate was selected, in addition to a sample of (31) individuals and experts and specialists in the field of child care. The time range of this study is determined in the period in which the scientific material is collected, the field study procedures and results are drawn, from March 2019 to July 2021.
