Abstract Although the Abu El Gharadig basin is one of Egypt’s most vital oil and gas fields, it has an immense complexity in lithology and structure, which may split the reservoirs into countless compartments. The Ganna Field is a part of the North Bahariya onshore concession, East of Abu El Gharadig Basin, approximately 150 km West of Cairo, covering an area of about 38 km2. The field produces oil from the Cenomanian Bahariya Formation. |
