Abstract Cancer immunotherapy has become an efficient approach among different conventional therapeutic options in recent years, and has displayed its efficacy towards cancers. Cancer immunotherapy focused on the use of immune cells and their functionalization to facilitate a successful anti-tumor response. Since, tumor cells adapt in order to boost their immunogenicity and consider itself more resistant to immune system.
